Engine runs perfectly. Was replaced at ~82,000KMS with a brand new crate gen2 long block direct from Japan by dealership. No V V T or valve cover issues to worry about. Engine internals are OEM. Drives beautifully, totally streetable as a daily. Was my daily driver for several years in Toronto.

One collision that required a replacement hood, TMIC, bumper, and front fenders. No frame issues and work was done at a Mazda-affiliated CarStar collision centre.

All other work and modification performed by me.

Known Issues
These are all of the current issues I am aware of- this does not indicate any type of warranty for any unknown or unlisted issues- however I am confident this is everything significant.

-
Rust/rot on drivers side rear quarter/fender. Painted over but will need proper addressing soon.
-
Rust and some rot forming on Passenger's rear quarter
-
General surface rust on frame, no rot in frame that I have been able to find.
-
Centre tunnel brace is solid, but quite rusty.
-
MAF sensor wiring harness needs repair. Has some intermittent shorting that causes super rich condition.
-
Tune needs a MAF cal touch up- this must be done by someone who has access to AccesTuner Race as pro tuned maps are locked- or of course you can do your own tune from scratch if you feel so inclined.
-
Transmission breather vent is clogged and there is some fluid leak from around the shifter stalk boot as a result. Needs to be unclogged.
-
Front brake pads and rotors should be changed. There is significant vibration on hard braking- likely from uneven pad buildup/wear on rotors. To be clear, the car stops like hell with no fade- but it's shaky while doing so.
-
Catalytic converter is probably due to be replaced in the near future. O2 sensors are fairly recently replaced however.
-
General exterior and interior wear as one would expect with a daily driven, heavily modified 12 year old car- however overall in I'd say above average condition for it's age.

Fixes for these should all be pretty straightforward, especially anything that affects drivability, but obviously there is time and money involved.
